This is such a beautiful event! Every year we look forward to the beginning of October because that is the moment we travel to the Belgium seaside place: Knokke. The area around 'Het Zoute' is dedicated to oldtimers en GT’s for four days straight.
International oldtimer event on the Flemish coast
The Zoute Grand Prix consists of an open-air fair, an auction, a rally, a concours d'élégance and a tour for cars from the GT class. In addition, there are numerous sub-events at various locations for the dozens of sponsors and their international guests.
We've built an advanced registration system with which these sponsors can invite their relations in three different languages. And of course we are present in beautiful West Flanders with our equipment to scan the tickets. For example, at the gala dinner with 800 guests, for which it was possible to adjust the table arrangement until the last moment. At the concours d'élégance our ticketing and cash register systems are used and from 2019 the participating drivers will also register through our software.

Tickets for guests, visitors and their cars
We've built a slick portal with which the numerous sponsors can easily invite their relations in three languages. They can order extra products and tickets in the sponsor shop. For invoicing we realized a direct link with Exact-Online.
Our portal also ensures optimum distribution of parking tickets. The system developed by us will of course take the capacity and location of the various parking areas into account.
We automated the placings for the gala dinner. The seating arrangement could be changed continuously and was communicated through the badges just before the start. This way, the organization was flexible untill the very last minute.

Good looking and personalized
A major event such as the Zoute GP generates a lot of mail traffic. The nicely formatted, fully personalized e-mails were available in three languages. We've sent the messages in the recipient's preferred language. Welcome, Bienvenue, Welkom!
Ticketing and payments
Ordering and paying tickets easily
The consumer ticketing for the concours d'élégance is in good hands with us. Tickets can be ordered quickly and easily via our accessible, 3-language order form. Thanks to the seamless integration of payment service provider Mollie, the public can pay for tickets online in all common ways in Belgium.

At five places at once
With Invitado you don’t have to worry, even if you have to scan at five different locations at the same time. During the entire event, we ensure that everything regarding ticketing, access control and accreditation is properly managed.
Statistics and reports
Always up to date
Through a dashboard with real-time information, in which we integrated all KPIs desired by the organization, the event managers of the Zoute GP are constantly informed of the current state of affairs. This information can be used to anticipate potential capacity problems in a timely manner.
