ExpoBadges are printed completely on demand at the entrance of your event: both the design and the guest's personal details are printed on blank badges with professional full-color printers.

Introduction
When it comes to the design, the floor is yours. We will convert your design into a technical print file. Small, necessary differences compared to the supplied design are possible. If desired, our designer can make a design for you.

We provide the printers and badges, but do not supply other materials, such as lanyards.
Guidelines for your design
- ExpoBadges are available in three sizes (wxh):
SMALL | 54 x 86 mm, landscape | template
MEDIUM | 82 x 96 mm, landscape | template
LARGE | 134 x 96 mm, landscape | template
If you want to print a lot of information on the badge (for example, in addition to name and company or job title, also a personal program), then the obvious choice is a large badge. Please coordinate this in advance with our registration specialist. -
The badges can be printed in full colour, frameless and double-sided, whereby the front and back can have a different design.

For reasons of throughput speed, we do not print full color backgrounds.

Please note that there are recesses at the top (left, right and in the middle), approximately 1 cm from the edge, for the attachment of the badge. So do not place any text or logos here.

Ensure there is sufficient space for personal guest details and a QR code, if applicable.

Provide us with all elements used in the design (such as logos and other illustrations, but also the fonts for parts to be printed as text). We need this to translate your design into a technical print file.

Converting a design to a print file is manual work. So please deliver your design to us on time.
