Personalizing tickets

Multiple anonymous tickets within one order that have to be registered by the actual visitors at a later stage are no problem for our system. Various registration stages are possible within the process, so that relations and guests can also be invited to your event.

Online payments and invoicing

Our system is prepared for online payments via Mollie as a default. The feedback from the payment provider triggers actions in our software, and the payment status can also be found in the data within our system. Invoices for paid orders, just like credit invoices, can be automatically generated from our system. This is how we are your one stop ticket shop!

Dashboard and reports

Did we mention the user-friendly management environment of your ticket shop? In it you will find a customized dashboard in which all conceivable graphs and statistics keep you informed live about the success of your ticket shop. In addition, we generate detailed reports at any time based on the available data, which you can download in CSV format at the touch of a button.

No ticket fees

Access control on site

The great thing about working with Invitado is that we are good at much more than just ticketing. For example, we scan your guests at the venue at lightning speed. We do this with our advanced scan stations or with the free scan app for iOS and Android. The scan stations can be expanded with professional printers for the most beautiful badges. With your ticket shop as a starting point, scanning and printing is a quick and easy add-on to use.
