With the QR Quest from Invitado you have a muy special tool in your hands during your open day. Provide important places with QR codes, which your visitors can scan with an app. In that app you provide information (text or audio) about the scanning point in question. You can also let them walk a route along different scanning points during a fun treasure hunt with spot-on information.

What is a QR Quest?

During a QR Quest, your visitors scan QR codes with their phone. Information can be linked to each scan point, which is shown or played in the app after scanning. Scan points can be combined into a thematic route or a treasure hunt, including educational quiz questions.

The QR Quest is flexible

You put together your QR Quest entirely yourself. How you use this module is therefore up to you. You can add a quiz, but you don't have to. If you do, you choose the number of questions, the number of answers per question and the distribution of points. The system determines the winner based on the number of correct answers and the speed at which the QR Quest is completed. It is also possible to hide the QR codes. In that case, your visitors do not follow a fixed route, but the QR Quest works like a stamp card. Who will be the first to collect all the stamps?

What do we do?

We configure a web app for your open day and activate the QR Quest module in it. This app is immediately a handy, multifunctional tool to share all practical information about your company, institution or organisation with your visitors. A map of your location or the programme of the open day, for example. We ensure that all visitors can log in via a personal link. They then have access to all information and the interactive options of the app. Networking or access to a Q&A, for example.

What do you do?

You coordinate your wishes and ideas with one of our specialists.
You determine which scan points you want to create, and whether these are part of a thematic route.
For each scan point, you add the information about the location in question.
If you want to link a quiz question to the scan point, think of the question, the possible answers and the score per answer.
You can place all scan points (including texts and quiz) yourself in the back-end of the app.
Once you have entered all the data in the app, you can download the QR codes, print them and attach them to the scanning points.
If you place a screen, the score can be followed live.
Finally, you can organise a fun award ceremony: the system will select the winners!
