A QR Quest, what's that?
During a QR Quest, participants scan and collect QR codes with their phones. A multiple-choice question can be linked to each scan point, which can be used to earn points. These questions and additional instructions are displayed on the participants' phones. Based on the number of QR codes scanned, the number of correct answers and the speed at which the QR Quest is completed, the system determines the winner.
The QR Quest is flexible
You put together your QR Quest entirely yourself. You can add a quiz, but you don't have to. And if you do, you choose the number of questions, the number of answers per question and the distribution of points. It is also possible to hide the QR codes. In that case, the participants do not follow a fixed route, but the QR Quest works like a stamp card.
What do we do?
We configure a web app for your family day and activate the QR Quest module in it. This app is immediately a handy tool to share all practical information about the family day with your guests. And with the social timeline in the app, participants can share messages and photos with each other.
What do you do?
- You choose between an open app with a universal link, in which participants can register themselves, or a closed app, with a unique link per participant that we email on your behalf and coordinate your wishes and ideas with one of our specialists.
- Think about which scan points are part of the route.
- For each scan point, think about how many points the scanning yields and what information is shown in the app (for example about the next scan point).
- If you want to link a quiz question to the scan point, think about the question, the possible answers and the score per answer.
- You can place scan points (including texts and quiz) yourself in the back-end of the app. Once you have entered all the data in the app, you can download, print and attach the QR codes to the scanning points.
- On the day itself, you decide when the QR Quest starts.
- If you place a screen, the intermediate score can be followed live.
- Finally, you arrange a fun award ceremony: the system will indicate the winners!
