Your exhibitor portal

We set up a portal through which your exhibitors can invite relations and , for example, provide the texts and logos for your exhibition catalogue, trade fair app or website in a centralized manner. Accessible and simple, both for you and for your exhibitors!

Invitations for your fair

Based on your guest list (or lists), we send the email invitations containing a personal registration link. Your invitees visit the registration website via this link. Information that is already known does not need to be entered again. For optimal conversion, we make the registration as personal and simple as possible.

Online registration

Your visitors can register themselves on a registration website in the corporate identity of your exhibition. They do this with an accessible form. Your visitors can also register in advance for any sessions. Paid tickets? No problem! We link our system to that of payment provider Mollie and also generate the invoices. After registration and possible payment, visitors will receive their personal e-ticket and the link to your trade fair app by email.

Your trade fair app

All information about your exhibition can easily be found in your exhibition app, including the e-ticket, a floorplan and information about your exhibitors. In addition to more engagement, the trade fair app also provides connection: via matchmaking or from the visitor list, users can chat with each other and schedule appointments at meeting points set up by you. You can always reach your visitors via news items and notifications.

Collecting leads at your exhibition

If you use our Intercambio Leadscan product, you really offer your exhibitors something extra. With the Intercambio Leadscan app on their phone, stand staff can easily collect leads and additional sales information during your trade fair. All data, including data from the visitor database, can be downloaded afterwards by the exhibitor via a personal portal in the universal CSV format.

On site check-in

With our scan stations or with our mobile scan app, anyone who visits your trade fair is registered flawlessly. The scan stations can be expanded with various printers with which personalized badges are printed. We quickly print labels that can be attached to pre-printed badges, or print your full colour badges on demand. The mobile scan app can also be used as a session scanner, even if internet turns out the be a problem at the venue.

Data, live statistics and API connections

All data generated by your visitors is logged and stored centrally and securely in our registration system, which you have access to 24/7. Based on this data, we offer you a customized dashboard where you can follow the developments regarding registration and visits live. You can apply extensive, intelligent filters to the data to download any conceivable report in CSV format. Secure API connections between our registration system and external systems? No problem!

Evaluation

Via the trade fair app, participants can rate aspects of your exhibition, but we can also create a detailed evaluation afterwards via our system. We invite the participants to this with a personalized link to your evaluation form. The response can be easily downloaded from our system in CSV format.
