Abstracts

Call for papers? We arrange this for you with a flexible application in which you can organize the entire process yourself: from submission form to assessment. Your reviewers will receive a notification and communicate with the submitters via our system. After approval, the available data can be used directly on your registration website and, for example, in your conference app.

Invitations

Based on your guest list (or lists), we send the email invitations containing a personal registration link. Your invitees visit the registration website via this link. Information that is already known does not need to be entered again. For optimal conversion, we make the registration as personal and simple as possible.

Online registration

Your guests register on a registration website in line with the identity of your conference. They do this with an accessible form, which can also be used to book individual sessions. If the available capacity is exceeded, we can activate a waiting list. If you organize a hybrid conference, invitees can choose between physical and online participation within the same form. After registration and possible payment, they will receive an invoice if desired, but in always their personal e-ticket, participation link or link to your conference app by email.

Your conference app

All information about your conference can easily be found in your conference app, including the e-ticket and a personal programme. Sessions can also be booked in the app. In addition to more engagement and involvement, the conference app also provides connection: users can chat with each other and schedule appointments from the list of participants. And via the app, your physical visitors can participate in, for example, live polls, the results of which can be displayed directly on screens in the room. During a hybrid event, the home participants even take part in the same interaction at the same time.

Online event platform

If your conference is fully online or if you opt for a hybrid edition, our event platform is your online event location. Transmisión Livestreams turns spectators into participants, because in addition to lightning-fast transmission of your streams and webcam sessions, the platform offers plenty of interaction and networking opportunities. Participants go through their own program completely automatically via one personal participation link, but public conferences are also possible. With a Plaza as a virtual lobby, you also provide your audience with all essential content and you have a great platform to offer recorded sessions on demand after the conference – a perfect way to extend the lifespan of your conference.

Check-in on site

With our scan stations or with our mobile scan app, anyone who visits your congress is registered flawlessly. The scan stations can be expanded with various printers with which personalized badges are printed. We quickly print labels that can be attached to pre-printed badges, or print your full colour badges on demand. The personal program on the badge? No problem! The mobile scan app can also be used as a session scanner, even if internet turns out to be a problem at the venue.

Live statistics and reports

Everything we do for you is extensively monitored. The number of invitations sent, the number of registrations, the viewing behavior of online participants, the number of visitors who have already arrived, the results of a poll: everything can be monitored online via a dashboard put together based on your wishes. All available data can be reviewed afterwards or can be downloaded in CSV format. With this data you have all the tools at your disposal at any time to make your next conference even better!
