For the annual Security BootCamp in the Rotterdam Van Nelle Fabriek - but also for the Belgian counterpart, the Security CheckUp, in fall - we take care of the online registration including session choice, we scan at the entrance and at the sessions and we print the beautiful plastic visitor badges.
The visitor receives his e-ticket in our extensive event app, which partly due to this is not only being downloaded frequently, but also used a lot during the boot camp. The visitors can quickly find their way on the exhibition floor via the clickable map and simply click through for more information about the exhibitors. Because this app is linked to the event website developed by our amigos from HVMP, all content only needs to be entered and updated in one single place. There is also an app for exhibitors, with which they can quickly and easily collect their leads by scanning the QR codes on the badges.

Website
Design and redesign
Security Bootcamp reaches their audience via the event website, which we developed and built entirely to the wishes of the organization. The site receives a redesign based on a new theme every year.
Salesforce connection
Instant updates in the CRM
All event registrations are synchronized directly with Salesforce. For example, there is direct follow-up from the organization to new potential customers. The selected workshops, registration moments and eventually no-shows are also processed in real-time in Salesforce.
Visitor app
Up-to-date and user friendly
Guests check in directly with their Passbook ticket at the counter, have their own sessions ready in MyVisite and see exactly where they should go on the clickable floor plan. No paper, but a slick and user-friendly app, directly linked to the registration database and an easily accessible content management system.
