Compact scanning stations

Our compact and user-friendly scanning stations consist of a laptop and a scanner. Our 'first impression emloyee' puts them in place, connects them for you and instructs your scanning employees. They log in with a QR code (easy and secure) and after that scanning the printed e-tickets and displayed on their smartphone is super fast. Even if the internet goes down for a while, scanning can continue.

The mobile scanning app

At an event without badges, or for extra scan locations (for example at sessions), our mobile scan app could be the perfect solution. This app runs on any common smartphone (or on handheld scanners supplied by us), offers the same functionalities as the software of our scan stations and even works offline just as well.

Live statistics

All scanning activities are logged. Via the Saludo dashboard you can closely monitor the arrival of your guests. At a glance you can see how many guests are still expected and how many visitors have already checked in. This dashboard can be accessed via a unique url and can therefore also be viewed on your smartphone and shared among other stakeholders.

Another ticket shop provider? No problem!

Our scanning software uses the guest data from our own registration system, but can also be used in combinación with external ticket shops. We connect Eventbrite, CM.com, Swoogo and HubSpot, among others, flawlessly via our API. Even if the badges are already coming out of the printers, your ticket sales can continue as usual and the data is synchronized continuamente.
