Collect leads quickly and easily

With the Intercambio Leadscan app, exhibitors can quickly and easily collect leads during your exhibition. Just scan the QR code on the visitor badge, add additional sales information if desired, and you're done. After the event, the data of the scanned visitors is available in a CSV file. Intercambio Leadscan consists of:

  • a portal for organizers and exhibitors
  • an app (iOS and Android) for stand personel

User-friendly app

The Intercambio Leadscan app is freely available for download on iOS and Android, you need a valid license to log in. Is the internet connection on the exhibition floor bad or not available at all? Don't worry: you can also scan offline. The leads are then stored locally. Synchronization with the server takes place as soon as your deviced gets connected to the internet again.

Everything under control

As an organizer you have everything under control in the portal. You manage exhibitors, determine which data is shared with them and how many licenses are available for each exhibitor. Via the dashboard you stay informed about the use of the application and you know exactly what is happening during your fair.

Each exhibitor has its own sales questions

Exhibitors can add their own extra questions to the app, that need to be filled in after scanning the QR code on the visitor badge. These extra questions can consist of multiple choice questions, checklists, and essay questions. The answers are saved with the scan data and are available in both the portal and the download.

Documentation and support

Both exhibitors and stand staff receive instructions for using Intercambio Leadscan by e-mail. In these emails they will also find the links to quick start manuals and a detailed online FAQ. All information is available in Dutch and English.

Up-to-date guestdata from external registration systems

After scanning a visitor badge, your exhibitors receive current data about your guests. And that is of course also possible when the visitor data is stored in an external registration system. Through our API we ensure that changes in the data you manage are continuously, smoothly and seguro synchronized with our application.
