Who judges what?

Based on their preferred category, the reviewers you add to the system can be automatically linked to submitted abstracts. You can also manually appoint an assessor. Each reviewer has an individual dashboard, which can only be reached via a unique, personalized review link.

Communication and corporate identity

The communication associated with the various steps of the process takes place automatically via standard notifications. The messages to communicate the results of the review process with the submitters can be edited by yourself in a user-friendly WYSIWYG editor (similar to Word). Just like on the submission page, there is room for your branding.

Reviewing: criteria, scale and result

You decide which reviewing criteria and scoring rules are important. This way, your reviewers know exactly what to pay attention to in their assessment, and if they come across a conflict of interest, they can notify you through the system. Extracto lets you control rating scales and enables you also to determine the possible review outcomes yourself.

Abstract book directly available

Your abstract book is immediately available from the system at the end of the reviewing process. You can download a file for any set of submissions. And if you also opt for online registration or a conference app from Invitado, we can muy efficiently reuse the available information about positively assessed abstracts.
