In December 2022, business was conducted in the Amsterdam RAI for five days, networking took place and premium exhibitors, entrepreneurs, investors, CEOs, leaders, politicians and visionaries met each other during Europe's most exclusive business fair. With twenty years of exhibition experience, MASTERS EXPO succeeded once again in being the Capital of Great Business with an innovative concept. It is our honor to provide the online registration for this leading fair with an advanced, accessible ticket shop.

Premium stock market concept

Prestigious world brands, an exclusive catering concept with 34 (!) star chefs who cooked the stars from heaven in nine lunch and dinner shifts, a VIP DAY and the challenging and substantive inspiration show MASTERS TALKS with business icons in the RAI conference centre… Such a comprehensive a premium event naturally requires a premium ticket shop. And for this, the organization called on our expertise.

Advanced ticketing

Both the distribution of crew tickets and general ticket sales went through our systems, and we also facilitated the personalization of the tickets. A capacity check applied to admission tickets for the special days (The Exclusive Preview and VIP DAY), for MASTERS TALKS and for an exclusive culinary experience in Restaurant M*. After putting the tickets in the name, they were shown from our system as a personal ticket in the MASTERS EXPO app.

In addition to our proven Mollie connection to enable online payments, we realized an API connection with the back-end of our own stock market app that MASTERS EXPO used to work with. The current guest data was synchronized every five minutes, so that the guests could show the e-tickets at the entrance of the event directly from the MASTERS EXPO app.

On-site check in

During the five exhibition days, five scanning stations were active, which we installed at two entrances in the RAI the day before the exhibition. The MASTERS EXPO masters did the scanning all by themselves, which went smoothly thanks to the careful configuration of our scanning software and following our instructions.

Advanced ticketing

Selling tickets is one thing, but a ticket shop with 9 different tickets that can be ordered in one order, meticulous capacity control and the possibility to personalize tickets is of course a much more complex story. Our specialists set up this super deluxe ticket shop and ensured that everything worked flawlessly.

Online payments

Our registration system and payment provider Mollie understand each other. The visitors of MASTERS EXPO could pay for their ordered tickets directly online via our standard link. The organization received the payments without directly in their own Mollie account. In addition to an order confirmation, visitors also received an invoice for their order generated by our system.

Custom connection with event app

MASTERS EXPO worked with its own event app: the MASTERS EXPO app. The data from our registration system was fully automatically synchronized with the back-end of the app every five minutes via a custom API link. Needless to say we ensured optimal encryption of the exchanged data.

DIY scanning

The MASTERS EXPO team indicated that they wanted to work with our scan stations without our on-site support. No problem, of course! We did configure the Saludo scanning software, set up the scanning stations for them and provided clear instructions. And so the scanning of the visitors went smoothly for five days.
