A large scale event for The Netherlands' largest advisor and accountant for small and medium-sized businesses. After many successful online events via our interactive platform, Flynth was finally allowed to go live again. And how! The packed choice program of the Flynth Festival 2022 required a smart and flexible registration form. No problem for our specialists, of course. On the day itself, we scanned the visitors inside, with our scan desks and with the mobile scanning app Saludo.
Spectacle
Party together, enjoy and meet. That was the goal of the Flynth Festival. And the organization has more than succeeded in this! That last Friday in September was a true spectacle, in the Werkspoorkathedraal in Utrecht, with an extensive program with live music and plenty of activities to literally lick your fingers! There was a beer discovery tour, a wine tasting and you could 'fuel happy' and exchange positive thoughts during the compliment moment. But table football, clover jackets and karaoke were also among the many possibilities. You could get energía for the next activity at one of the many food trucks and food corners, with street food from all over the world. And to top it off, Flynth presented the new logo during the Festival.
Smart and flexible
The employees of Flynth advisors and accountants could easily register for the various activities via our flexible registration form. The handy program module optimally took into account maximum capacities and possible overlap of the selected program components. Using the dashboard and the extensive search and filter options in our Puerto Registration System, the organization was able to closely monitor the progress of the registration and make adjustments to the programming if necessary. So smart and flexible. And that also applied to registration on location: with our mobile scanning application Saludo, it was possible to scale up quickly when it became too busy at the scanning desks.
Lightning fast
And so we quickly scanned in the more than a thousand enthusiastic visitors and the party could begin. Whoop whoop! This was so crazy!' event manager Marcella de Jong posted on LinkedIn the day after the Flynth Festival 2022. And: 'Special thanks go to Invitado. It's really great working together.
