Connecting to Transmisión Livestreams

If refreshing doesn't do the trick...

You can access Transmisión Livestreams via the personal participation link you received by email. At least, that's nine times out of ten the case. If part of the page get stuck in a loading screen, data traffic between Transmisión and your browser is blocked. This can have several causes. You can find these (and the corresponding solutions of course) on this page.

 

ACCIDENTAL HICKUPS

A small hickup that disrupts the connection is always possible. To rule this out, try the solutions below:

  • Refresh The page with the following keys or key combinations. Try all of the keys and combinations for your device and give the portal some time to load!
    Windows: [F5], [CTRL F5], [CTRL Shift R], [Refresh] and/or [CTRL Refresh]
    Apple: [⌘ R], [Refresh], [Shift Refresh]
    Chromebook: [Refresh], [CTRL Refresh]
  • Close the browser and open it again by clicking the participation link in the mail you received..
  • Close the browser, open it again, select and copy the full participation link in the mail you received and paste it into the address bar of your browser.
  • Your network signal is not strong enough. Find a location with a stronger WLAN signal or connect your device by using a LAN cable..

 

YOUR DEVICE SETTINGS ARE PROHIBITING A CONNECTION

  • Close any add blockers and try again.
  • Close the browser, open it again and open an incognito or private window. You can open a private window via the menu of your browser or by using a key combination:
    Chrome : CTRL Shift N (Apple: ⌘ Shift N)
    Firefox: CTRL Shift P (Apple: ⌘ Shift P)
    Safari: ⌘ Shift N
    Edge: CTRL Shift N (Apple: ⌘ Shift N)
  • copy the full url from the mail you received an paste it into the address bar of this private window.
  • Update your browser of use an alternative browser (we recommend Chrome and Firefox).

 

THE SETTINGS OF YOUR (COMPANY) NETWORK ARE IN THE WAY OF A SUCCESFUL CONNETCTION

  • Close any Citrix- or VPN-connection and establish a direct connection to the internet, for instance with 4G or 5G.
  • Try to attend on an alternative device, like a tablet or your smartphone.
  • Contact your network administrator and ask for assistance.
