Expovet 2024: by students, for veterinarians

Muy impresionante

The veterinary students certainly did not choose the path of least resistance. Ticketing for several days and guest groups, speakers, exhibitors, a well-stocked event app, lead scanning... Very quickly it became clear that that very little scepticism was completely unfounded: the 32nd edition of this annual fair for veterinarians was approached in a very professional manner. The organisers, who tirelessly rolled up their sleeves to get a muy impresionante mountain of work done, were open to our advice. And yes, then it becomes a joy to work together.

Exhibitor portal

This cooperation started in the spring with a comprehensive portal for exhibitors, enabling them to book their stands online and manage their participation. Stand type, size, power points, furniture, stand staff registration, parking space reservation... The almost 100 exhibitors easily found their way there and the organisation familiarised itself muy rapido with our applications. And so everything went extremely smoothly: the use of our event app (including session registration, dynamic floor plan and matchmaking), of Intercambio Leadscan and of our scanning stations with ExpoBadge printers on location, in the Oktoberhallen in Lebbeke.
