vFAS

The congress lasts two days, with two rounds each day. One workshop lasts two rounds, while others are held twice. The hall capacities vary. In short: enough puzzle pieces for the organization, but also for the participants, who have to make their choices from this extensive and varied program. We complete that puzzle and help the guests put together their optimum day programs quickly and easily. Without duplicate appointments in the agenda and taking the capacity of the rooms into account.

Registering for the knowledge sessions is one thing, but you only score the course points if you actually visit the sessions. That visit must therefore be registered, and so do our scanners. We scan several times a day, during the plenary moments, to record the presence. After the congress, the scanned activities are converted into education points in the membership database. Every participant is invited to the online evaluation shortly after the members' congress, and of course this survey is tailor-made: you only judge the components for which you have registered and for which the scan data show that you were actually present.

In the jubilee year of the 2018 congress, the conference took place at the beautiful SS Rotterdam. This year, we developed the vFAS conference app, with which visitors not only always have their ticket by hand, but also their personal program. The app contained a full list of participants and worked very efficiently by using the central registration database and the content already been created for the website, which we also developed.
